Clafoutis with cherry tomatoes

1 clove of garlic 500 gr of cherry tomatoes 400 grams of silky tofu 10 cl of cream of soya 2 table spoon starch of corn 1 table spoon of sunflower seeds 1 onion olive oil 10 leaves of fresh basil sea salt black pepper |
Mix the silky tofu with the cream of soya and the starch of corn.
Add salt, pepper and the finely chopped clove of garlic.
Pour everything into a gratin dish.
Wash and drain the cherry tomatoes and scatter them on the cream.
Strew with sunflower seeds.
Put in the oven and cook 30 minutes.
Arrange the leaves of basil and warm it slightly before serving.
You can choose other vegetables as dice of zucchini, bunches of broccolis, mushrooms in small strips, slices of leek with other seeds as those of gourd.
The tofu contains a lot of proteins, it can seem insipid if it is used nature but it is delicious flavored by spices and herbs.
The silky tofu can replace eggs in the desserts. It is possible to make a vegan omelet with silky tofu.
